Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at Pro Oil Change. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Discuss Work with Supervisor: Collaborate with our supervisor to discuss work assignments, progress, and any challenges encountered.
  • Repair and Replace Parts: Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance services to ensure vehicles are running at optimal levels.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Systems: Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications to ensure quality and efficiency.
Area of Specialization
  • Engine Repair: Diagnose and repair engine-related issues, including engine repair and overhaul.
  • Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex mechanical issues.
  • Alignment, Steering, and Suspension: Inspect and repair alignment, steering, and suspension systems.
  • Brake System: Inspect and repair brake systems, including hydraulic and brake pad replacements.
  • Fuel and Emission System: Inspect and repair fuel and emission systems, including fuel injectors and emission control systems.
  • Automatic Transmission: Inspect and repair automatic transmission systems, including transmission fluid changes and repairs.
  • Standard Transmission: Inspect and repair standard transmission systems, including clutch replacements and repairs.
