Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Commercial Security Operations to join our team at Ontario Skyjump Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of our commercial security services.
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless integration.
  • Emergency Response
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel.
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Materials and Supplies
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Quality and Productivity
    • Monitor quality and production levels to ensure high standards are met.
    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Ensure all security personnel hold the necessary certifications and licenses, including CPR and First Aid certificates, and Security Guard License.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
    • Stand for extended periods as required.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication skills.
    • Show flexibility, judgement, and organizational skills.
