The Fathom Talent Group - Recruiting Experts is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee the procurement of goods and services essential to our organization's operations. This role will collaborate closely with various departments, particularly Accounting, to ensure seamless procurement processes, resolve invoice discrepancies, and manage vendor relationships effectively. The Procurement Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining inventory levels, managing purchase orders, and optimizing procurement efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Procure goods and services from vendors and suppliers
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
* Manage inventory levels and optimize procurement processes
* Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
* Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
