Join our esteemed organization, Cadillac Fairview, recognized for over five decades in enhancing community spaces. We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to oversee the operational frameworks within our facilities.

Position Overview:
This role involves the direct supervision of daily operational frameworks within our facilities.

The position operates on a rotating shift schedule.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist tenants with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and facility operational concerns
  • Respond to emergency alarms in accordance with established protocols
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
  • Monitor electronic energy consumption and lighting management systems
  • Communicate critical issues to management
  • Collaborate with operational staff and tenants
  • Complete designated projects and work orders

Required Qualifications:

  • Trade certification with a high school diploma
  • BES or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of years' experience in commercial or industrial operations
  • Familiarity with HVAC and fire safety systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with tenants and team members
