Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Caretaker to join our team at the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board. As a Supply Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Operate various equipment, including lawn tractors, hand tools, and floor machines
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs of facilities
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act, WHMIS, Fire Safety Standards, and security procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work-related experience
  • 3 to 6 months of caretaking experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lb)
