Transforming Global Education through Innovative Digital Solutions
NPA WorldWide is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our international curriculum and learning management system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creation of cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance the learning experience for students worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a Market-Oriented Solution Management Methodology
Design and implement a data-driven approach to solution management, ensuring that our digital solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers and the education sector.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with leadership, technology, academic operations, and program implementation teams to translate organizational strategy into a solution roadmap.
Oversee Curriculum Development and ImprovementEnsure high standards in new course development, renewal, and upgrading of courses and evaluations, while driving continuous improvement based on market feedback and data-driven insights.
Market-Focused and Data-Driven ImprovementResearch industry best practices in digital solutions and develop innovative, business-viable solutions that provide value to customers, while enhancing course content and evaluation practices.
Solution Pitching and AdvocacyAdvocate for our international curriculum solution through presentations, conferences, whitepapers, articles, and blogs to various stakeholder groups, including school partners, prospective partners, universities, and industry alliances.
Requirements- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, digital solutions, or related industries.
- Experience in international curriculum, learning management systems, and the education sector is a plus.
- Strong digital solution development and design skills, with a technical background in user experiences, analytics, and big data being highly advantageous.
- Proven project management skills across and beyond digital solution industries.
- Ability to understand and articulate customer perspectives, including the challenges and opportunities they face, and how they can best utilize our solutions.
- A strategic thinker with a cross-functional mindset and a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital solutions to the market.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
- University degree required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
