As a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Initiatives, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic planning, project management, and operational excellence initiatives across our Retirement division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the annual business plan, master calendar, and performance tracking documents for Retirement Leadership.
- Assess regulatory and legislated developments in our markets and evaluate impacts, recommending strategies and developing comprehensive project plans as needed.
- Lead project teams, monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee division-wide engagement activities and communication initiatives to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the EVP, providing support in preparing senior executive and Board communications regarding key achievements, risks, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in organizing and directing cross-functional teams and departments.
- Proven track record in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong project management skills, ideally certified (e.g., PMP) with experience in project lifecycle management and interdepartmental communications.
