**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our highest priority products. As a Senior Product Manager, Digital, you will be responsible for building the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with senior collaborators to understand business needs and conducting user research and testing to understand customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our highest priority products.
  • Lead a product team of engineers, designers, and testers to deliver improvements and new features that deliver value to our customers and our business.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of product features, with accountability for the long-term success and performance of your product.
  • Provide mentorship and apprenticeship to our Associate Product Managers.

**Requirements**

  • Expert in product strategy, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sophisticated collaborator management and communication, with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong coach and mentor of junior product colleagues.
  • Excellent toolkit for user research and testing, and market and competitive analysis.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, complex products.
  • Demonstrated, consistent success in delivering measurable business impact.
  • Experience influencing decisions and strategies of senior executives.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary range of $87,400 to $162,400, depending on experience.
