Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our North America sales team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling, promoting, and demonstrating our lines of tools and equipment to customers in the Vancouver, BC area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual business plans and forecasts to deliver incremental sales growth
- Provide excellent customer support through field product demonstrations, training, and technical support
- Be the subject matter authority for our products, applications, and pricing programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key distributor partners and end-users
- Track and analyze sales progress and opportunities using CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical support, preferably in a B2B sales environment
- Demonstrated success in formulating, presenting, and executing territory business plans to deliver incremental sales growth
- Ability to work in a matrix-managed environment with shared goals and objectives
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on time and territory management
- Comfort with hands-on field product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting
- Ability to drive strategic new product sales and solutions to expand markets and share
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical support, preferably in a B2B sales environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in CRM applications a plus
