Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Media Strategy Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of media strategies that drive business results and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with our media planning teams, research teams, and other departments to define go-to-market strategies across all media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Lead the media pitch process, from RFP to final delivery
  • Manage the new business RFP process, including crafting a compelling strategic narrative and developing an effective media strategy
  • Collaborate with media planning teams and research teams to define go-to-market strategies
  • Extract and apply data to drive strategy and provide POVs on go-to-market approaches
  • Train and mentor members of the media team to elevate their strategy and storytelling skills
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and optimization, leveraging data and analytics

Qualifications

  • Requires years of experience in leading client media strategy and agency new business pitch process
  • Deep understanding of HCP and Patient media strategy development, especially in relation to new therapeutic launches and label extensions
  • Proven experience in developing and executing patient and HCP segmentation, targeting, engagement strategy, and measurement approaches
  • Strong understanding of ROAS through short and long-term measurement, and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, results, and concepts to senior executives and internal teams
