About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Techtronic Industries Canada Inc. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales of our premier product lines within select retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Perform best-in-class sales and service to customers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Maximize sell-through of our products by properly merchandising point of purchase material and collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Relationship Building: Strengthen and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and retail partners to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor weekly sales and analyze results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition.
  • Training and Development: Participate in our Leadership Development Program and implement acquired skills to deliver results.
  • Product Training: Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions, events, and demonstrations to educate store associates, management, and customers.
Requirements
  • Legally Entitled to Work: Legally entitled to work full-time in Canada and able to travel to the United States.
  • Driver's License: Valid full provincial driver's license and clean driving abstract required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Physical Abilities: Capable of lifting and transporting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and reaching and/or lifting overhead.
