Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Alliance Transport Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operations, including hours worked, mileage, and any issues encountered.
  • Personnel Management: Monitor the workloads and locations of personnel, ensuring that they are adequately staffed and equipped to meet the demands of the job.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Schedule assignments and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective transportation services.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Possess a thorough understanding of highway trucking regulations and ensure that all operations are in compliance with these rules.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and the ability to work under pressure.
