We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Quick Tire LTD. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to and from our warehouse, taking into account factors such as cost, time, and logistics.
- Schedule Distribution of Goods: Organize the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that they are delivered to the right place at the right time.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately complete and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they match the order and are in good condition.
- Maintain Record-Keeping System: Accurately record and update inventory levels, shipment details, and other relevant information.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Setting: Warehouse environment
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in spreadsheet software
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
