About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Remote. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the AMER region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets in the AMER region.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Coach and develop sales leaders to achieve their full potential and drive sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, with a strong background in B2B sales.
  • Extensive experience in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
What We Offer

At Remote, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $296,250 USD to $399,900 USD, depending on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including flexible working hours, home office budget, and IT equipment.
