Job Title: Sales Manager CRM F/H

At Stonewood Group Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our CRM efforts in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business area strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead new strategic sales initiatives to ensure long-term sustainable growth
  • Anticipate and respond to industry and market changes, staying up-to-date on key characteristics, issues, and factors driving them
  • Consult widely for business or technical advice, probing for facts and obtaining information from a wide variety of sources
  • Take a leadership role and act as the sales point of contact in the subsidiary for the ATM Civil, AIM, ComSoft, and Defence Business Units
  • Capture regional market trends, execute promotion plans, and assist in other sales efforts in coordination with the Managing Director
  • Ownership, with Managing Director, of the sales strategy of the Regional Sales Unit Canada
  • Sales and sales operations activities, including fostering customer base and acquiring new customer contacts, securing and growing installed base, and acquiring new opportunities and projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years combined experience, ideally with ATM Key Account NAV Canada and the Department of National Defence (DND)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an applicable discipline
  • Strong business acumen, with a burning drive to win and a will to 'find a way'
  • Collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to unite multi-disciplinary teams and align them around common goals and objectives
  • Experience using lead tracking system/CRM database
