The Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Business Development to drive our company's growth through strategic partnerships and transactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities that align with our division's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate potential partners and transactions.
- Prepare presentations and financial models to support business development initiatives.
- Partner with the Corporate Business Development team to provide insights and recommendations to executive management.
- Manage alliance management functions associated with existing partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant business experience, with a strong background in business development, investment banking, or private equity.
- Prior experience in alliance/partnership management and consulting is highly valued.
