Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist II to join our Rehabilitation Services department at Northern Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist II, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy programs for patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional disabilities.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

* A graduate of an accredited Canadian school of Occupational Therapy, or has met the criteria for registration with the College of OT of BC.
* Hold a current license with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC.
* Preference will be given to therapists who belong to the CAOT.
