About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Clerk to join our team at Krol & Krol Professional Corporation. As a Family Law Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of family lawyers in Richmond Hill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our family lawyers, including preparing court documents and managing files.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence and conducting research.
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the Family Law Rules and practice directions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Family Law Clerk.
  • Law Clerk diploma and knowledge of the Family Law Rules.
