Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Aspire Bakeries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Performance Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and increase overall efficiency.
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify and resolve equipment-related issues, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in a maintenance or reliability role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, Design Engineering, and CMMS systems.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment-related issues.
