About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Culinary Team Member to join our team at Barburrito. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training and Development
    • Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory and Record Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow.
