Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Cook who is eager to contribute to our culinary team. This role involves preparing high-quality menu items and ensuring exceptional service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare menu items following A&W's established recipes and standards, ensuring every dish meets our quality expectations.
  • Cooking Duties: Operate fryers and grills to cook food to perfection, assemble food items, and prepare fresh produce for toppings.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in all food prep and storage areas, adhering to food safety standards and ensuring a hygienic work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily operational goals and assist in training new staff.
  • Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist in serving guests, addressing their needs and concerns with a friendly demeanor.
