Job Description: Retail Store Supervisor

Hans Bros. Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Operations and Logistics: Authorize payments and returns, establish work schedules, and prepare reports on sales and personnel matters to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize inventory and work activities to maintain a well-stocked store and minimize waste.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment that values and respects all employees and customers.
  • Youth Support: Offer awareness training to employees to create a suitable work environment for young individuals.
  • Indigenous People Support: Conduct cultural competency training for all employees to foster a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
