Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Director to lead our A.I. platform and Professional Translation services. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process, engaging with key decision-makers from executive levels to departmental heads. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic prospecting to identify and prioritize high-potential clients within designated markets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, balancing immediate and long-term sales prospects.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from proactive prospecting to effective deal closure, while nurturing ongoing relationships with subscription clients.
  • Build and cultivate relationships across assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing expert guidance, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and managing subscription accounts to enhance retention.
  • Document client interactions and track sales performance metrics in HubSpot, aligning efforts with corporate strategies and departmental goals.
  • Exhibit innovative thinking, manage pressure effectively, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in strategic sales to complex accounts.
  • Fluency in professional-level English and French is essential.
  • Expertise in the legal, financial, or insurance sectors is highly advantageous.
  • A proven track record in managing all facets of the sales cycle.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Active participation on professional social media platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in selling B2B SaaS solutions is a plus.

Education:

  • College diploma, university degree, or equivalent qualifications.
