Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantees the store fulfills its mission to provide an excellent product and exceptional service in a clean and inviting environment.
  • Engages with customers, assesses store performance through guest feedback, and addresses customer care compliments and grievances. Prioritizes guest satisfaction and proactively resolves conflicts.
  • Oversees the effective implementation of new product launches and marketing initiatives within the store.
  • Fosters team spirit and is responsible for the professional development of all staff members.
  • Handles disciplinary actions and terminations of store personnel when necessary.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Labor Regulations.
  • Conducts weekly inventory of food and supplies, manages vendor orders, and maintains service logs.
  • Performs daily cash management tasks, including cash reports and deposits.
  • Develops store action plans to enhance performance in identified areas of opportunity.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a food service or retail setting, or a 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • This position requires full-time availability, including holidays and overtime as necessary.
  • Compensation will be determined based on experience and availability.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast casual and franchising.
  • Proven success in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High-energy, results-oriented individual capable of managing and resolving multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
