We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Smitty's Restaurant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist with budgeting and financial management, including preparing financial reports and managing expenses.
  • Human Resources: Assist with human resources tasks, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and Simply Accounting.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and workload. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working independently with minimal supervision, and must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
