Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in intricate investigations
  • Oversee investigations, ensure follow-up actions, and assist in documenting deviations and corrective actions
  • Facilitate sessions for root cause analysis and execute preventive and corrective strategies
  • Draft risk assessments on compliance-related issues and formulate corrective action plans
  • Collaborate on projects aimed at continuous improvement and manage change effectively
  • Assist in the creation and evaluation of production standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Comprehension of challenges within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Familiarity with principles and tools of continuous improvement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in change management practices
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and resourceful
  • Capable of setting and accomplishing objectives across multiple projects
  • Trained in aseptic methods and documentation standards
  • Experienced in sterile manufacturing processes
