Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Review Specialist to join our team at Pharmascience. As a Data Review Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of analytical data generated by our laboratory.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify analytical data to ensure compliance with GLP standards and SOPs.
  • Verify the accuracy of laboratory notebooks, spreadsheets, and other documents.
  • Check the integration of chromatograms and ensure that results meet specifications.
  • Document irregularities and verify the content of investigation reports, deviation sheets, and explanation sheets.
  • Communicate and explain errors to laboratory employees.

Engagement in Continuous Improvement:

  • Communicate the basics of adequate documentation to all employees.
  • Evaluate the quality of projects submitted by employees and provide a report to the supervisor.
  • Participate in the standardization of revision within the department.
  • Suggest ideas for improvement to minimize review time.

Requirements:

  • College diploma (DEC) or Baccalaureate (BAC) in chemistry or biochemistry.
  • Four (4) years of relevant experience for DEC holders or two (2) years of relevant experience for BAC holders.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and mastery of GLP regulations.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
