About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investigation Specialist to join our team at Pharmascience. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex investigations and ensure timely resolution of deviations and complaints.
- Coach and mentor newly hired investigation specialists and provide guidance on technical analysis and problem resolution techniques.
- Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and assist in defining and implementing preventive and corrective measures.
- Write risk assessments and develop CAPA actions to address compliance hot topics.
- Contribute to the development and review of production SOPs and implement tools for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects and participate in continuous improvement committees.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical industry problems, including sterile production.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement principles, tools, and methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques, sterilization, filling, and packaging processes.
