About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Southvan Pharmacy Ltd. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Database Management: Accurately enter client information into our database, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including preparing medications, maintaining prescription records, and cleaning and maintaining equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies, ordering new stock as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as billing third-party insurers and organizing schedules.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
