About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Plitio Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and providing excellent customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Compound Preparations: Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams as required.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all medications and supplies are properly stored and easily accessible.
Work Environment

As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
