About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Plitio Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Compounding and Dispensing: Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams, and dispense medications to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clerical and Administrative Tasks: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant at Plitio Pharmacy, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
