- Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that lost items are returned to their owners.
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
- Provide basic information on facilities to assist guests and visitors.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads.
- Physically demanding work with bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

The Cleaner will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The Cleaner will be required to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment. The Cleaner will also be required to work independently and as part of a team.
