About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Tee Construction Ltd. as a Construction Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, ensuring accurate and efficient installation.
  • Support the medical examiner in charge, providing assistance as needed.
  • Help with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, ensuring a sturdy and secure structure.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to create a smooth and even surface.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings, safely and efficiently removing debris.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this position.
  • Repetitive tasks and overtime may be required, but we offer a competitive compensation package.
Weight Handling
  • The Construction Laborer will be required to lift and move materials weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
