Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our yachting services company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management and a passion for the travel and leisure industry.
Job Details- Salary: $55.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Work Schedule: Day, Morning
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. This position requires presence at the workplace; remote work is not an option.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Authorize and oversee the establishment of key departments and senior management roles.
- Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments.
- Set strategic objectives for the organization and develop or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in Database Management
- MS Access
- MS Excel
- MS Office Suite
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Windows
- MS Word
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ownership of a vehicle is required.
