Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Sail O'clock Yachting Services is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our team in the tourism industry. As CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of senior executives and department heads
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage the company's budget and financial resources to ensure profitability and sustainability
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the tourism industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively
