Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our team at Sail O'clock Yachting Services. As the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company, ensuring its continued growth and success in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's overall strategy and direction
  • Lead and manage the senior management team
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business plans and budgets
  • Ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Represent the company in external forums and negotiations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the tourism industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
