About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Papa John's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Team Leadership

Supervise and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our business.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources we need to meet our business goals.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a cook or in a related role is required.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to perform repetitive tasks.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a minimum of 32 hours of work per week.

Language

The primary language of this role is English.
