About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Ellerslie Chicken Foods Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.

Culinary Operations

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet our high standards.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and implement cost-saving measures.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
