Customer Service Representative

Olympus is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond Hill, Ontario. As a key member of our Customer Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely delivery of customer service and support to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Specialize in tasks related to sales division and ERP system, including chemical invoicing, order updates, and pending approval order follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with other Olympus Canada divisions to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate logging of customer-related information and inquiries in customer service databases.
- Ensure daily KPIs are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience dealing with customers in retail or service.
- Bilingual English-French proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Experience with Datasweep, SalesForce Service Cloud, Netsuite, or SAP is necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medium to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
