About the Role

Mister Laffa is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning team as a Cleaning Team Member. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Supply Distribution: Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests and staff as needed.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, providing basic information on facilities and amenities.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
