About the Role

The Global Head of Strategic Marketing and Customer Experience will play a critical role in the overall business of the organization, providing expertise that aligns with the company strategy, global market presence, and brand. This role is responsible for building, propagating, and implementing the brand, both externally and internally, through initiatives, actions, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a well-known and respected brand by creating marketing approaches that leverage Armstrong's unique value proposition.
  • Oversee corporate branding, marketing and communication efforts across territories, global communications, and design and creation of digital, print, and other assets.
  • Lead media relations, employee communications, and special events.
  • Define the annual marketing and communication budget and build, manage, and mentor a collaborative and high-performing global team.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in branding, marketing, and communications or equivalent business training.
  • Experience in sustainability and services, leading customer service teams, break-fix, and maintenance.
  • Strong business acumen, results-driven, and expertise in developing and implementing growth-oriented business strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with presence to represent Armstrong internally and externally.
