Head Butcher

At African & Caribbean Freshness Supermarket Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Butcher to join our team.

• Supervise and train a team of butchers to ensure high-quality meat products are prepared and presented to our customers.
• Manage the meat department, including ordering and inventory control, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase meat sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

• 5-10 years of experience in a butchery or meat department, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting, preparation, and presentation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
