Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Adjunct Instructor to join our team at SAIT. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and ensuring student success in our online asynchronous courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, lectures, and assignments that meet the needs of our students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or instructional design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with online learning platforms and tools.
  • Fluency in English language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Experience with assessment and evaluation methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
