Job Title: Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Surecare Cleaning Services Ltd. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch and ensure accurate communication.
  • Assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products as required.
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods safely and in accordance with regulations.
  • Load and unload goods efficiently and safely.
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize routes and reduce delivery times.
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
  • Pay and receive payments for goods as required.
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, gloves, and uniform provided.
Work Environment:

Our Delivery Drivers work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines. They must be able to adapt to changing schedules and work independently with minimal supervision.
