Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. This role requires a high level of professionalism in customer service, as well as the ability to receive and relay information to central dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive vehicles to pick up and deliver goods
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods
  • Load and unload goods
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage and fuel costs
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with overtime required. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
