Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fiore Group Training, inc. as a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Direct and control daily operations to meet the needs of the team and organization.
- Administrative Support
- Open and distribute mail and other materials to team members and stakeholders.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with team members and external stakeholders.
- Manage training and development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to team members and stakeholders.
- Answer electronic enquiries and respond to emails and other digital communications.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas within the organization.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

- Hours: 35 hours per week
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
