About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sereggela Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including taking orders, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking food, beverages, and cleaning materials.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve food service efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
