Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham Cranbrook. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Assist with the management of hotel operations, including guest services, room assignments, and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's physical appearance, including cleanliness and maintenance of public areas and guest rooms.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
- 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
