About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at SUN EXPRESS TRANSPORT INC. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational logistics.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to achieve business objectives.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful team performance.
