About the Role

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to patients, including wound care, dementia care, and palliative care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing.
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • One (1) year's recent, related gerontological nursing experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
